Pearson was famously expelled from the Tennessee State Legislature for fighting for gun restrictions after a Tennessee school shooting (and immediately got re-elected with overwhelming support). We need to ensure that a new generation of fighters are elected. Pearson represents a growing population that is hungry for deep transformation.
