WE’RE VOLUNTEERS FOR VOTERS
We mobilize volunteers to talk to voters through curated action opportunities. Common Power (CP) specializes in live conversations with voters at their doors, and building a community of committed volunteers.
The action we curate is purposeful to make an impact year-round, whether that is knocking on doors in swing states, or phone banking to cure ballots after an election.
ELECTION ALERT!
DOORKNOCK IN WISCONSIN
The balance of power is once again for grabs! The Wisconsin Supreme Court Race is the first election we can take action in since Trump has taken office. We’ll be on the ground from March 28th - April 2 in Milwaukee, WI to doorknock for Susan Crawford and maintain the progressive majority in the Court.

VIRGINIA ELECTIONS
Since 2019, we’ve doorknocked with New Virginia Majority for their odd-year elections. In 2025, the Governor, State House, and other state legislative positions will be on the ballot, and we plan to be on the ground for VA again. While we organize, here are electoral dates to keep in mind.
January 3, 2025: Special Election
June 17, 2025: Primary Election
November 4, 2025: General Election
WISCONSIN SUPREME COURT
In April 2024, WI Supreme Court Justice Anne Walsh Bradley announced she would not seek another term in 2025. To secure the progressive majority in the state’s Supreme Court, we plan to be on the ground as soon as this Spring.
April 1, 2025: General Election
SPECIAL ELECTIONS
We anticipate 2025 will have Special Elections called last minute or run-offs that are critical to build Democratic wins. Throughout the year, we’ll form rapid-response teams that are ready to take action.

Consider helping CP bring another doorknocker instead! Sponsorships go towards transportation, lodging, and meals on the grounds for sponsored volunteers. We primarily sponsor Academy students and Institute Educators, our younger and more diverse pathways into the CP community.
