WASHINGTON ACTION

Jump into four different types of action!

CANVASS IN SEATTLE FOR KATIE WILSON
Katie Wilson's got something no other Seattle mayoral candidate has right now: the combination of a progressive policy platform and the people power that will help her win.
Canvassing for Katie looks slightly different than the usual CP Washington action. Host your own canvass with the campaign and doorknock your neighborhood!

CANVASS WEEKENDS FOR GIRMAY ZAHILAY
Common Power is canvassing for Girmay in the King County Executive race. We’re partnering with the campaign themselves to organize volunteers for Weekends of Action all the way through August 5th! Check out our WA One Stop Shop document for logistics and up-to-date details.

Seattle is the birthplace of Common Power and home to a lot of our volunteers. Now more than ever, it’s vital for us to deepen engagement in our city, reach new communities, and get involved in our local elections.
We’ve always been active in Washington, but with the launch of the Seattle Hub, local volunteers will create and lead initiatives based on the needs of their communities.

STAGING GROUND FOR FEDERAL BUILDING FRIDAYS
Come in-person every Friday to our office before protesting at the Federal Building starting at 10:30am! You can: make signs for a protest, borrow a sign, get some snacks or water, use the bathroom, get to know other volunteers and our staff!
