At Common Power, we do electoral fieldwork in teams, and educators have vital cross-generational skills. Let's dive into this strength!

“Frontline Educators” at Doors: Snapshots of CP’s 2026 First Electoral Work

Common Power has grown into the nation’s premier Organizing Force for recruiting, educating, and mobilizing next-generation leaders and everyday volunteers to win elections. In this work, we do our electoral fieldwork in teams, and educators who have participated in the CP Institute's Truth and Purpose trips, and then stepped into our electoral work have emerged as vital cross-generation leaders. From teachers in their early 20s and on up, they have unique skills that help lead volunteers diverse across age, race, and economics. Let’s hear from CP fieldwork staff about how “Frontline Educators” are making a difference in our work in the first wave of fieldwork in 2026.
