Conversations With American Hero Bob Zellner Pt. 3/4

Bob Zellner was the first white field secretary for the Student Non-Violent Coordinating Committee in 1961. He grew up in Alabama and had many showdowns over race, politics, and voting with George Wallace in the 1950s, ‘60s, through the end of Wallace’s life in the 1990s. Zellner is now a close ally of Alabama US Senator Doug Jones, and has watched Donald Trump implement the Wallace playbook as Trump ran for President and now sits in the White House. Zellner is the author of The Wrong Side of Murder Creek: A White Southerner in the Freedom Movement. Join David Domke for 4 conversations (each roughly an hour long) in August with Zellner about Wallace and Trump. There are four levels of registration for these lectures(the content is the same across the levels; the different price points are merely for you to pick the one you wish!). All proceeds from registrations will be dedicated to Zellner in appreciation of his work for racial justice and freedom. Info on Zellner is here: https://www.kepplerspeakers.com/speakers/bob-zellner
