In 2018, CP launched as an idea for civic action, with a focus on voter engagement, community building, and opportunities for rising leaders. In 2019, CP became an organization with a fulltime staff and a body of fieldwork that grew in leaps and bounds.
Today, CP has a national footprint, programs of action with voters and elected officials, volunteers and donors, partner organizations, a growing-by-the-day vanguard of next-generation leaders, a significant record of electoral wins and democratic progress, and a vision that stretches far, far beyond 2020.
