As a part of Common Purpose's Washington state Accountability Initiative, volunteers will have the opportunity to connect with Seattle-area state legislators at their district town halls. Common Purpose believes engagement with our elected officials is essential to our mission of fostering, supporting, and amplifying a democracy that is just and inclusive. We'd like our volunteers to have the opportunity to engage not only with elected officials, but also other community members and we'll have coffee and donuts to tailgate and be in community before town halls.
