Political demagogues are unfortunately not new in American politics, but Donald Trump is the first to become U.S. President. With Trump in this position and joined by an aligned national Republican Party, the harm to minoritized populations, rational debate, ethical government, the nation, and the world is devastating. These lectures are a distillation of a longer series of talks I did in 2019 on demagoguery and the road ahead. I will trace the people and practices that paved the way for Trump, Trump's specific tactics, and the necessary steps ahead if we hope to change course. 

There are five levels of registration for these lectures, starting at FREE and working their way up (the content is the same across the levels; the different price points are merely for you to pick the one you wish!). The lectures will be Livestreamed live at 7 pm Pacific time on the dates AND recorded for folks to watch on your own timing.  Registrants will receive viewing instructions one day in advance of each lecture and then two hours before each lecture, via email.
