We are confronted today in America by an attack on truth in education. The Institute for Common Power cannot and will not idly watch.

Speaker: Dr. Hasan Jeffries, Associate Professor, The Ohio State University

Event Date: March 7

Event Starting Time: 5pm PDT

One ticket reserves a spot in both Truth Matters Initiative on March 7 and March 20.

The Institute’s Truth Matters Initiative is committed to teaching truth, to countering those who are trying to silence it, to supporting educators who stand for truth, and to partnering with organizations and leaders who are committed to combating efforts to erase truth from existence.

Join us for the first of the two events that crystallize the battle.

We are confronted today in America with an attack on truth in education. It is an attempt by politically motivated individuals, government offices, and political parties to create a sanitized and dishonest rendering of America past, present, and future. At the center of this fight over our national identity is an attack on the experiences, resilience, contributions, and voting strength of African Americans. This presentation and conversation will explain the origins and implications of this coordinated effort.
