Voter suppression is not a relic of a Jim Crow past. It is modern and in place across the country. Join me as we examine how Jim Crow laws that emerged late in the nineteenth century were attacked and dismantled by foot soldiers who risked everything to create change. The 1965 Voting Rights Act marked a new day in America. But Civil Rights era successes are under attack today. What forms do those attacks take and what can we do about it?
