Asha Douglas graduated from Gonzaga University in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Writing, along with minors in Film Studies and Political Science. She was honored to be a member of the Act Six Leadership Scholarship's 10th cadre at the university. During her time there, Asha had several works published in Gonzaga's poetry journals. She was also an active board member of the Filipino American Student Union, serving as both a festival and culinary chair. During the pandemic, Asha played a pivotal part as one of the four students leads in the inaugural cohort of Action Academy, contributing significantly to the program's development and success in its early stages.

After graduation, she returned to act as the program coordinator for CP Future, demonstrating her dedication to promoting civic education for young leaders in the community. Asha continued her journey with Common Power, where she currently serves as a Finance & Business Operations associate, building her expertise in financial management and operational efficiency. While she adamantly insists they are nothing more than acquaintances, reliable sources have confirmed that she maintains a committed relationship with stress, much to the disappointment of her fanbase—*cough**cough* friends and family.
